The concept of voting is sometimes perceived as knowledge that comes with age. However, this is far from the truth. Voting gives the power to create change for our government, whether it be state or federal. More importantly, elections impact your life in ways you may not recognize. In theory, your vote determines the positions of US nominees in power. In reality, your vote determines the sway of many amendment repeals and regime changes. 

The issue at hand is that many young voters feel that they don’t have the education to turn in their ballots. Young voters account for almost half of the voting population.
