Going into the new school year, Mr. Trueblood, an 4-year English teacher here at Las Vegas Academy (LVA) looks forward to another year of sharing his love for the English subject to his students.
“My favorite thing about teaching is that the students don’t understand anything that’s going on, they don’t know the characters,” said Trueblood. “Then at the end, they can just keep talking and talking and talking about it.”
Teachers were once students as well, therefore they also come with great advice to give to others. A piece of advice from Trueblood is, “manage your time and get a grip on that schedule. Get a grip girl.” said Trueblood.
