Carper is currently focused on writing her beat, a news piece, and recurring articles. “I enjoy diving deep into topics and bringing fresh perspectives to my readers,” said Carper. Her projects often involve interviewing peers and faculty, which adds a dynamic element to her work.
The reason as to why Carper chose to major in Media Arts and Communication, is due to her passion for film, television, and digital media. “I want to excel in multiple creative domains and tell stories that resonate with people,”said Carper.
Carper’s favorite aspect of her major is being able to have the opportunity to communicate and interview others. “I love hearing their perspectives and learning from the creative information they share,” said Carper. The interaction fuels her passion and drives her to improve her skills.
