Wu-tang and Mathematics – Black Samson, The Bastard Swordsman: Wu-Tang, The Saga Continues Collection (April 12th)
Set for release on April 12, 2025, in conjunction with Record Store Day, this album marks a significant collaboration between the legendary Wu-Tang Clan and DJ Mathematics. This project features contributions from members: Method Man, RZA, Cappadonna, Inspectah Deck, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, The GZA, U-God, Kool G Rap, Nicole Bus, Kameron Corvet, Crooked I, Masta Killa, 38 Spesh, Willie the Kid, Benny the Butcher, Kurupt, Ralph McDaniels and R.J. Payne. It also has production contributions from RZA. With the album being a Record Store Day release, it is going to be on a limited-count vinyl record with a quantity of 5,000. It’s also a first of its kind, with each record also going to have its own exclusive cover, meaning there are also 5,000 exclusive covers for this record.
Wallows – MORE
Wallows is dropping their new EP, MORE, on March 28, 2025 via Atlantic Records. The seven-track project includes songs like “Your New Favorite Song,” “Deep Dive,” and “Coffin Change.” They also dropped an exclusive vinyl record for the EP on Record Store Day.
Lana Del Rey – The Right Person Will Stay
Lana Del Rey’s tenth studio album is slated for release on May 21, 2025, through Interscope and Polydor Records.
The artist took to Instagram to announce it stating, “So grateful that my 13 tracks came together with my beautiful work between Luke, Jack, Zach and Drew Erickson amongst others,” the singer-songwriter wrote on Instagram alongside the May 21 release date. “Happy for you to hear a few songs coming up before Stagecoach. Starting with Henry. Love always.”
Megan Thee Stallion – MEGAN: Act III
Hip-hop sensation Megan Thee Stallion is set to release her new album, MEGAN: Act III, this year! While we haven’t gotten much info about the album from the Hot Girl Coach, she did take to Twitter on Dec. 17, 2024, and announced, “Real Hot Girl S**t ACT 3 2025 … be ready hotties ️”
Slipknot – ???
Details about Slipknot’s forthcoming album remain scarce. However, fans of the iconic metal band are eagerly awaiting news about their new album.
The most they have right now is an interview that a member of the band, Clown, did with NME saying that, “The management has it and it is coming out.”
