At school, free cafeteria food is available for the students. For breakfast, it usually comes with a choice of milk, fruit, crackers, yogurt, or cheese, depending on the day. Since the food is free, how good is it, being that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? Here’s the ranking:
At number one are the cinnamon rolls. They are a common overall loved breakfast treat. The cafeteria cinnamon rolls are soft, warm, and sweet. Although at times they are not the best as they may be dry at times, they are the overall best-tasting option.
At number two are the cinnamon oat flats. It says on the packaging that they are made from scratch, as well as being nut-free with 6 grams of protein per serving. This breakfast choice seems the healthiest out of all the ones I’ve tried before. That being said, they can be a bit dry and don’t have much flavor, though they aren’t horrible.
At number three are the cereals. With the cafeteria cereal, you can choose from a selection of cereals from that day. Therefore, you can choose based on your preferences taste buds wise, or you could want a different option based on nutrition.
At number four are the cereal blast waffles. There are no nutrition facts, which makes me a little skeptical, otherwise, they are just like what they are called. When you take a bite, there are pieces of cereal in the waffle. It can also be a bit dry at times.
Overall, cinnamon rolls take the lead because they are the best-tasting option, although it all depends on preferences and your taste buds.
