Up and coming artist, Aarson Lashane Thomas, known professionally as Teezo Touchdown released his first studio album, How Do You Sleep At Night, early September, under Not Fit For Society/RCA records. RCA Records have signed some of the world’s most diverse artists, like Cage The Elephant, Yebba, Childish Gambino, Kaytranada, and A$AP Rocky, and Touchdown.

In September of 2021, GQ’s Rachel Tashjian’s “Teezo Touchdown’s Nail Hair Is Taking Him To the Top” reviewed Touchdown’s rebellious and distinctive dress style, along with his famous “nail hair”. This article not only sparked Touchdown’s journey to relevancy, but also was how How Do You Sleep At Night was crafted.

As an audience, the only glimpse we had into Touchdown’s music style is found on music features like “RUNITUP” by Tyler The Creator, “Luckily I’m Having” by Don Toliver, and most recently “Modern Jam” by Travis Scott. With an approximate total of 10 singles released under his name, this will be Touchdown’s 7th year in the music industry.

With his new album, we see Touchdown’s start into experimental, punk-pop and undefined artistry. In an interview with Pigeon and Prince, Touchdown stated his biggest points of reference in music include Prince, and Rock James, and Destiny’s Child. How Do You Sleep At Night is nothing short of just that. As Touchdown continues his tour with hip-hop artist Travis Scott, his following grows everyday. You Can Listen to How Do You Sleep At Night on all music platforms, including, Spotify, Apple Music, and Soundcloud, along with all other Teezo Touchdown’s songs, features, and unreleased tracks.
