Manchester wasn’t able to score anything from a total of 23 shots, but The Hotspurs were able to score four of their nine shots, they didn’t even make it to the double digits!

Manchester also had more possession of the ball and passes for the game than Tottenham with 58% of the possession and 566 passes to 42% possession of the ball and 427 passes. Manchester also had more pass accuracy when passing compared to Tottenham with 92% to 83%.

After today’s game, Manchester is in second place for the Premier League Cup behind Liverpool. Tottenham meanwhile is in 6th. After this game, Manchester City has had 3 consecutive losses to Bournemouth, Brighton, and Tottenham. This is the longest losing streak in the premier league since 2016 under manager Manuel Pelligrini.
