Just recently, the newest and final episode released earlier this year. So what do people think of the finale of the show Stranger Things? Well, many responses have come from the end of Stranger Things, criticizing and praising the show’s ending.
Izabella Brambil, who’s been watching the show since they were 11, says, ”I actually really liked the ending of the show. Contrary to a lot of people’s opinions, I thought it was a good way to wrap it all up.”
Brambil praised the ending of Stranger Things, but believed that the show had a few flaws. “I think it was really unrealistic for as many people to stay alive, as they have, especially through all five seasons,” said Brambil.
Autumn Barnes, a freshman at LVA, commented, “I thought it was overall really good. There was a lot of action, I thought the action was really good. I was really impressed. There was a lot going on, but it worked out.” Barnes acknowledged the ending, but also believed that there could have been better to happen in the show.
Brambil and Barnes agree with the ending of Stranger Things, both believing that it came to a nice closure. However, there are other people who have differing opinions on the show.
Ava Mishler, another student states, “I think it was really bad, and the Duffer Brothers need to get it together…” Mishler questioned the context of Stranger Things and criticized why Eleven was the only one who died and where Kali went. Regarding Mike’s ending, they added how they believed that Mike living in his mom’s basement writing stories seemed depressing.
Khloe Judd, a childhood viewer of the show, adds, “Where were those demogorgons? Where were the demobats? They were nowhere to be found. I always thought it would be this big climatic battle but no, it was really just one big monster.” Judd believes the theory that Eleven is alive, seeing the door open in the background and that she’s out there.
There are a variety of different perspectives of the well-known show Stranger Things. In the end, they all have one thing in common: Stranger Things has given many people a wonderful and captivating thrill. Whether someone is at home watching or on a plane, many people have enjoyed watching the mind-bending and extraordinary show.
