How To Make An Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2-3 eggs
- Bread (any will do)
- Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Paprika (optional)
You will need:
- A stove
- Water
- A pot (Enough to hold the eggs)
- A sink
- A bowl
- Spoon (optional if you don’t like your hands getting dirty)
- First, take the pot and put it on the stove.
- Turn on the stove and put water inside the pot. (Make sure the water boils)
- Put the 2-3 eggs inside.
- Wait 10 minutes for the eggs to be hard-boiled eggs.
- Then, turn off the stove and take the pot to the sink. Use cold water to rinse and cool the eggs.
- Then hit the eggs on a hard surface so that there is a tiny crack in them. After, peel the eggshells off of the egg.
- Put the hard-boiled eggs into a bowl with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- Use your hands (or spoon) to break and mash together the mayonnaise and hard-boiled eggs. Once it looks smooth with clumps from the egg, you can head to the next step (it should look a whitish color)
- Use salt. (As much as preferred) and paprika (optional)
- Use a spoon (if you don’t have one already) and grab the egg-mayo paste.
- Put it on two pieces of bread before putting the the two pieces of bread together
