This year’s Homecoming was the biggest there has been. With this in mind, it’s safe to say that students and staff had a blast.

Homecoming this year for 2023 was Barbie themed. From dancing to watching a live band perform, Aydenn Manucat, was this year’s winner of the “Homecoming Prince”.“It’s been getting better and better every year,” said Manucat.

Along with achievements, Elena Murrieta, was crowned as “Homecoming Queen”, “It was a lot of fun to see my friends and to go with my sister and to go with my boyfriend this year,” said Murrieta.

Along with the court being crowned, there were prizes and music. This year’s DJ was Ms. Amber Clark, and she was skilled. As the music was playing the crowd cheered with excitement, that ignited shouts and roars. “It was extremely fun,” said Clark. When asked for music preferences, Murrieta said, “Low by Flo Rida and Talking to the Moon by Bruno Mars were my favorites.”

Though Homecoming has come to an end, there’s always next year. Captivating memories will forever imprint themselves into the lines of social events, and have a lasting impact on students.
